QuickBooks® Online® - Setting Up the Connection

Follow these steps to set up an accounting connection in CCC ONE for QuickBooks Online.

To set up the connection

  1. Select Configure > Accounting Connections. The Accounting Connections screen opens.
  2. Select New Accounting Connection from the toolbar. The Untitled - Accounting Connection screen opens.
  3. From the Connection tab, enter the name of the connection you want to use in the Accounting Connection Name field.
  4. Select QuickBooks Online from the Accounting Package droplist.
  1. Enter the chart of accounts name or chart of accounts number in the A/R G/L Account and A/P G/L Account fields.
  2. Select a Customer Export Format option.
  3. If needed, select the Use insurance company if exists on workfile option.
  4. Select Yes or No from the Export Negative Supplements droplist.
  5. Select the Location tab to continue setting up the connection.

    Click Save and Close from the toolbar. Your changes are saved and the Accounting Connection screen closes.

Note: Refer to the QuickBooks Online documentation to look up the QuickBooks Class Name value.
